Meet Jay Ravathur, a finance major at Texas A&M University with a passion for real estate and business. As the founder of Utopian Realty & Acquisitions, an off-market land sourcing firm, Jay has led successful lead generation campaigns and underwritten numerous investment opportunities. With experience at Partners Real Estate and United Realty, he’s gained insights into market analysis and deal structuring. Jay is also an active leader in professional organizations like Alpha Kappa Psi and Real Estate Aggies in Leadership. When he’s not immersed in real estate, he enjoys fitness, hiking, and exploring car culture.
