Meet Jay
Jay Ravathur is a driven real estate entrepreneur and student at Texas A&M University, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing at Mays Business School. With a deep-rooted passion for commercial real estate and lead generation, Jay founded Utopian Realty & Acquisitions, a full-service firm specializing in sourcing off-market investment properties and land throughout Texas. At the helm of Utopian, he has built and automated sophisticated marketing workflows and lead management systems that generate and convert thousands of leads monthly.
Jay is currently expanding his expertise as a Land Analyst Intern at Builders Land Source, where he manages a database of over 7,000 builder and developer leads. His role involves identifying each buyer’s specific acquisition criteria, sourcing value-add land opportunities, and matching them with the ideal investor—dramatically improving deal velocity and disposition efficiency.
Outside of real estate, Jay is passionate about fitness, the outdoors, and continuous learning. He dedicates his free time to exploring advanced real estate strategies—from seller financing structures to land subdivision processes—and is actively involved in organizations like Alpha Kappa Psi, Aggies in Tech, and the Aggie Real Estate Club.
